Our main office not only offers routine eye examinations, but also advanced medical testing for other ocular diseases. Our retinal camera allows us to monitor the progression of many ocular conditions. The Virginia Beach office is the only one to offer a full optical and contact lens sales on site. We carry many brands of frames including Coach, Gucci, Oakley, Silhouette, Armani Exchange in addition to exclusive frames such as Kazuo Kawasaki, Fysh UK, Kliik Denmark, ProDesign Eyewear, and much more. We only provide the highest quality lenses and treatments to ensure the best sight for our patients.

Office POlicies
Patients are required to give:
- 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling appointments.
- Cancellation Fees: If less than 24 hours notice is given for a cancellation or reschedule a $25.00 cancellation fee will be applied to weekday appointments, $50.00 for Saturday appointments *Exceptions may apply. Voicemails are accepted as notice of a cancellation as they are time stamped. Although we do perform reminder calls 1-2 business days ahead of appointments, these are done simply as a courtesy to the patients. It is ultimately the patients' responsibility to keep their appointments and cancel in the required time frame.
- 48 hours if a referral is needed for any specialty medical testing.
- A copy of their medical insurance card and photo ID at every annual appointment, or if insurance status has changed. For more information about why we require a copy of your photo ID, feel free to read the article here.
- A copy of current medications.
Important Information about appointments
- Cell phones are to be TURNED OFF once entering the waiting area
- Patients who are 15 minutes late for an appointment may need to be rescheduled
- After 2 "No Shows" patients are not allowed to make appointments. MUST call in for same day, if available.
- For SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS: If less than 24 hours notice is given for a cancellation, the patient must RESCHEDULE FOR A WEEKDAY. No exceptions.
- New patients: Please come 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment to fill out paperwork and pre-testing.
- Existing patients: Please come 5-10 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment for any pre-testing and verification of personal information.
